For adults and people (18+) who would need an independent living setting, we provide apartment-style living in an integrated community support setting. An integrated community supports setting is a multi-family housing building (tri-plex, four-plex, apartment building, etc.) where we provide service to our clients in their personal living unit. All units are self-contained with a bathroom, living room, kitchen, and bedroom. We provide support and/or training in community living services areas such as community participation, health, safety, wellness, Household management, and adaptive skills. We deliver up to 24 hours of service support based on clients’ needs. We care about the people in our community, which is why we want them to gain access to these types of programs to alleviate their conditions and more.
